This policy explains how information submitted through the Yours Again Cleaning website is used.

Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details in the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, suburb or town, property and service details, preferred date, message, and your consent to use those details to respond. Basic technical request information may also be processed to operate the site and limit spam.
Why we use it
Kristen uses enquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested cleaning work, prepare a quote, and manage any resulting customer, property and booking records in the YAC management application. An enquiry does not itself create a booking.
Where it is stored and who may process it
Website enquiries are saved to the Yours Again Cleaning application database on the business workstation. The public site is routed through Cloudflare, which may process request and browser metadata for security and website performance measurement. If transactional email notifications are enabled and verified, relevant service providers may process limited information to deliver them. The site does not publish your enquiry information.
Access and security
Business records are available through the YAC application to authenticated, authorised business users. The public website uses server-side validation, request limits and a spam honeypot. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed risk-free; please do not include payment card details or other highly sensitive information in a message.
How long we keep information
Enquiry details may be retained with business records so Yours Again Cleaning can manage follow-up and any work you request. The business should review records and remove information when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements. A fixed public retention period has not been set.
Your requests
You may ask Kristen to access or correct personal information you have provided, or to discuss its removal, by using the contact form. We may need to verify the request before changing a business record.
